How to Report a Concern
If you have a safeguarding concern about a resident at Glenister Gardens, it is important that you report it. Concerns can be raised by anyone — residents, family members, staff, or visitors.
- Speak to a member of staff — Any member of the Glenister Gardens team can receive a safeguarding concern and will ensure it is passed to the appropriate person.
- Contact the Senior Leadership Team — The senior leadership team are responsible for overseeing safeguarding within the home.
- Contact the official provider — For formal safeguarding reports, please contact Comfort Care Services directly.
- Contact your local authority — You can also raise concerns with your local authority adult safeguarding team.
