Summary of the Week
This week has been centred around keeping the home running smoothly while we continue working through several outstanding arrangements relating to new move-ins and service planning. Our priority remains to provide consistent, high-quality support to everyone currently living at Glenister Gardens.
Move-In Status
Progress on the move-in process is ongoing. A number of key steps still need to be finalised before we can confirm any dates. At this stage, we are not able to give a clear timeframe, but we want to reassure everyone that work is continuing steadily behind the scenes.
Further information will be shared as soon as there is certainty.
Resident Support and Daily Living
The support team has continued to focus on individual routines, wellbeing, and ensuring residents are fully supported throughout the week. Activities and day-to-day assistance have been delivered as planned.
Any specific updates affecting individual residents will be discussed directly with them and their families.
Staffing & Operations
Staffing has remained consistent, with all shifts covered and no disruptions to care. We continue to monitor staffing levels closely to ensure we maintain a stable and reliable service.
Any changes to team roles or responsibilities will be communicated in upcoming bulletins.
Home Environment
Routine checks across the building have been completed, and only minor issues were identified. These are being addressed promptly to maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for all residents.
Next Steps
We plan to provide another update next week unless there is major progress sooner. Thank you to residents, families, and staff for their continued patience and understanding during this ongoing process.
