Move-In Progress
The move-in process remains ongoing. We are still finalising the last of the required arrangements before confirming new dates. At this stage, we are unable to provide a clear timeframe, but we are working closely with all involved teams to ensure everything is completed correctly. We understand that the continued delays may be frustrating and we appreciate everyone's patience. Further updates will be shared as soon as new information becomes available.
Resident Support
Daily support for current residents continues as normal. Staff have been focusing on personalised routines, wellbeing checks, and ensuring all residents have access to meaningful daily activities. Any changes to support plans will be shared directly with residents and their families.
Staffing
The team has remained stable this week, with shifts covered as planned. Monitoring will continue into next week as we manage absences and ensure continuity of care. Any changes to key roles or responsibilities will be communicated in future updates.
Facilities and Maintenance
General checks have been carried out across the home, with no major issues identified. Minor repairs and adjustments are being completed throughout the week.
