Good news - we have an update!
We are pleased to share that we have now received confirmation from the housing provider regarding the tenancy agreements. After continued efforts to establish contact and follow up on your behalf, we have made significant progress.
What happens next:
The housing provider will be sending out the tenancy agreement documents directly to residents and families over the coming weeks. Please look out for correspondence from them, which will include all the details you need to complete and return the agreements.
