We are looking for a new member to join our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Becoming an SLT member is an excellent opportunity to become more closely involved with our site and to help steer the future direction. Currently, we have very few SLT members, so we are particularly interested in welcoming new members who bring experience, fresh perspectives and a commitment to making a real difference for our residents.
What is expected from a person who wants to be in the SLT role?
We are looking for committed individuals who have the time available to attend meetings, work closely alongside the existing management structure, and participate fully in site decision making. If you can commit the time to make a meaningful contribution and have a genuine interest in ensuring the highest quality of care and support for our residents, we would love to hear from you.

What is the SLT's responsibility?
- To contribute to strategic discussions and decisions that determine the future direction of Glenister Gardens
- To support the effective functioning of the organisation, ensuring that proper governance structures and policies are in place
- To act as a critical friend, offering constructive challenge and support to the Head Manager and senior team
- To ensure the site operates in line with its values, regulatory requirements, and resident needs
- To monitor performance and ensure accountability at all levels
- To champion resident welfare and advocate for continuous improvement in care standards
